I don't know if any of you have this problem but this problem has been happening for a long time. I've tried changing my settings and resolution and nothing seems to help. I listed my settings below and pictures of what's going on. I've also noticed that the lighting is faked too. It might be the cause of it? I don't know, if you have a solution, type below. Thank you.
SPECS:
Intel i7-7700HQ 2.60GHz
16GB DDR4
256 SSD -Which is the drive Garry's Mod is installed on
Geforce GTX 1060
1920 x 1080 monitor which is capable of reaching 144HZ but I don't have a fakin' cable converter because my laptop is thiney.
