Reason for Report: Giving me a false verbal warning for RDM. Basically I pulled over a vehicle and two guys got out to kill me. I shot the first and the second went out behind me to equip his gun and kill me. Tru stated that I could have "tazed him." I believe that to be completely invalid as he was actively equipping his gun to attempt to kill me. I do understand that my video software bugged out and didn't include my audio and if this report get's denied because of that, ig that's just bad luck. But I called over radio for an additional when you see me talking over radio, and when I go up to the car I am telling them to get out because of the tint of the skyline I had the right to ask them to get out. I do however believe the video evidence can be submitted as I was not talking during the "rule break," which is me shooting the second guy.

The person you shot at was unarmed and had shown no threat towards you meaning you should not be shooting them. Also, you were shooting with the intent to kill before they started to equip their weapon so that is no excuse.

That is a lie. He had a class 3 and was obviously attempting to equip it. He was MOST CERTAINLY a threat to me. Your bias is blinding your judgement.

The video also shows that when he is backing away, he is searching his inventory, which is also known as reaching, which makes him a threat to me. It is basically like him opening his backpack or reaching in his pockets which makes him a threat.

Hello Staff. I would like to also report a second encounter with the Moderator under consideration Tru. Tru took my sit today and showed a massive lack of consideration towards my viewpoint and showed much bias against me likely due to the creation of this report.
I believed in this instance I was rdm'd by this player because he wouldn't pay me for a repair as I was tow manager, however he payed a tow driver that I previously demoted because he repaired a car that hadn't paid and he was the guy in the suit who was a detective and was trying to arrest me bc he hasn't payed yet and was trying to make me repair his car for free. The guy was mad that I wouldn't repair his car bc he hadn't payed me yet and proceeded to rdm me.
I think that his manner was completely unprofessional and extremely biased.

In this situation, you were being corrupt, first of all, you demote a mechanic for a simple mistake without any warning you then get told multiple times by the demoted mechanic and the customer that you they had paid you decided to ignore them for some reason which made the customer get angry since they had paid and you were not providing, they could have chosen to make a report but they handled it within RP and killed you. If you had taken the time to review your own evidence you would have seen the mechanic lifting the correct vehicle on the lift to repair it you then demote him at that second for a simple mistake but it seems this has been cut out of this version. I am confused as to where I was biased here.

Thank you for your report. Since there are two videos attached showing different situations I will address them separately.

For the first video, it does appear that there was a valid reason to kill both people. The verbal warning was not necessary and I have discussed this with @Tru privately. He understands the gameplay aspect of this now and how it would be considered reaching for a weapon in roleplay.

As for the second video, you provided a video of a situation but none of the sit itself and how it was handled. From Tru's point of view and his statement, you demoted another mechanic for a mistake and then proceeded to essentially rob a customer of their money and refuse to repair their car. There were other ways to play out this situation in roleplay where no death needed to take place, but from the attacker's POV he was robbed, giving a valid reason to kill you. You say he did not listen to your side in the sit, but no evidence of this has been provided.

In conclusion, Tru has been spoken to about his mistake in handling the first situation and will be more diligent about this in the future. Due to this being a mistake, there is no need for further action at this time. Concluded.
