Request Reason: I got this foo on here saying hes gonna find my school and stuff he quotes "I'm about to know what school he goes to" and later that day he told me I went to "San Bernardino High school" which is a real school where I'm from I tried to make a ticket during the time it happen but @Official Car Mechanic told me he didn't see anything in ooc when he clearly typed in ooc right after that was said and he told me he couldn't do anything because he didn't say the school name but that is still a threat which is crazy if someone can go around saying they will find out what school and stuff I go to

for further context, Randino revealed his home town in ooc on his own behalf, and Rage2win replied facetiously, (paraphrasing) "Dude just doxed himself, i'm gonna find where this kid goes to school."
I did not take it seriously enough to take any record of it - but I'm sure it'll be found in the logs.

Hello, just for a tad bit more context with this report, myself and a Senior Administrator (Trooper C. Winters) both looked at the conversations in OOC and didn't think any actions were necessary.

What I said was I didn't see anything I could take action on, and after speaking with Trooper he agreed.

This guy said he lived in San Bernardino in ooc for everyone to see then told me he was 21 then when I told him oh what school you go to San Bardino high school which was just me repeating the town he mentioned with the words high school at the end of it he was convinced I wasted my time looking for his school as if I cared that much. Later this night he called me a "dick sucking faggot" about 20 some times in ooc then proceeded to rdm me and kidnap me but leaving me in the handcuffs then continued to kidnap me again and after failing to vdm me with a jetski twice he then proceeded to kidnap me for way longer than 20 minutes and rdmed me to put a cherry on top. He then proceeded to threaten me by saying everytime he sees me on he will make sure that he will continue to metagame and harass me by kidnapping me if I am fishing or raiding me if I am basing or rdming me if I am a cop or mayor. I would also like to mention that every time this guy gets on he goes out of his way to call me and everyone that associates with me multiple slurs and a "dick sucking loser" in ooc chat and is just generally a minge overall to everyone he can be in ooc.
I also want to add you will hear two people from my discord. One of them was Jeffory malarky who was fishing beside me and we were just chatting about things to help pass the time as we fished and the other person is a friend who wasn't playing gmod at the time but was watching my stream via discord and he goes by skiv malarky and at the time he was not online. I have read the rules of discord during gmod and I may have broken a rule by not using monoliths discord but I did not meta game via the discord as I have known this rule since 2020.
I would also like to add I never threatened to dox him. I simply said he doxxed himself and just because I guessed his high school name (which he essentially told me the name of by telling me the city he lived in) still doesnt mean I had any intention of spreading that information outside of a conversation with me and him. I never even repeated the name of his city that he said in ooc but also have never shared anyones personal information with the intent of doxxing anyone in my life let alone in ooc. This is a case of a minge who hasn't learned his lesson after his first perma doing whatever he can to abuse the admins to get me banned by twisting my words poorly in a report.

I don't know why you are posting your forum report under mines. But let me explain @Man putting glasses on would talk shit to me in ooc first saying stuff like "you flirt with a 16 year old female" which is his little rumor he be spreading around the server to make me look bad and I can have multiple people tell you he made that up including the people he mentioned in this video where he admits to saying that so you can check logs from the other day of him saying that and talking shit when I wasn't even talking to him and the whole I said "dick sucking faggots" 200 times in ooc is bullshit too I said "dick sucking" but the other stuff is all made up they can check logs showing you saying basically the same stuff I was saying we both said faggots in the video and to be honest he even admitted to talking shit to me in ooc to bait me or something like that so in this case were both being toxic. But anyways I can kidnap who ever I want you were in the middle of no where by nothing and I can hold you for 20 minutes which I would of came back and let you go but everytime you get put in zipties you say "i have to go afk to take a shit right now" or don't wanna listen when there are guns pointed at you which I have a clip of that too and for the RDM we didn't RDM you buddy lmao you got sniped because your homie @Alfurius on the same freq as you or which as you can see you were just pming him in game which is metagaming but he shot at us so that gave us proper kos for an hour. Plus being in a discord call with your buddy is hella metagaming claiming I was meta gaming is crazy when you just snitched on yourself doesn't matter if you are just "fishing". I'll upload my demos of you saying what do you go to "San Bernardino Highschool" which is really weird for you to say considering you ain't tryna dox no one. I get I said I'm from "San Bernardino" but you didn't have to respond and go further with it saying "I'm bout to know what school he goes to" or "You go to San Bernardino Highschool" its kinda concerning to me since I went there even if you were joking why would you want to know what school I went to if you weren't tryna to dox me or threaten me. I guess I can just go around jokingly saying I'm about to know where someone lives or goes to school and all that without being punished.

I didn't mention that in the report because at the time he didn't say that but at the end of the video I posted you can see him saying stuff about that I just find it crazy how you and Trooper think its alright to say stuff like that because I've know people who got perma ban just for saying "they gonna dox someone" which in this case is basically the same thing saying you gonna find someone's school is technically consider doxing even tho at the time he didn't say a school name he definitely made a threat about doing so

After thoroughly going through all of the evidence, I have come to the conclusion that both sides are going to be receiving punishments. First things first, @Man putting glasses on will not be punished for sending @Skante Warrior 's school name in ooc due to the fact that you leaked your own city in OOC, but if @Man putting glasses on posts or shares what city you live in from this point forward he will be punished harshly for it. Rage 2 Win, consider this your last and final warning for this situation. No one as of now will be punished for any player harassment because both sides were doing it. I recommend both of you guys stay away from each other in game so this doesn't happen again. Any harassment from this point forward from either side will result in punishments.


@Man putting glasses on you will be receiving 3 warning points for metagaming in PMS and for Fail RP.
As this was your first time metagaming and breaking RP. Make sure this doesn't happen again. Also this is your one and final warning about spreading rumors about people being pedophiles, I do not want to see this ever again.

@Skante Warrior you will be receiving 2 warning points for homophobic slurs and for Fail RP, since this is your first time saying homophobic slurs and breaking RP. Don't do this again or your punishment will be way more extensive.
