Can you explain this "random kick" and tag the staff member? We don't refund for random kicks unless there's proof of it, preferably from a staff report.
it happened and some staff member made an announcement saying that some people got kicked randomly and said make a refund request for our stuff i am not the only one if happened to either there are 2 other refund request for it to.
