Reason for Report: Encouraged combat reviving for his group during a police raid, when after words staff said that it was all combat reviving as well as his buddies did. There where others that are not staff involved but Tylers voice was the most recognizable.

I noclipped away after a medic revived me, and told over the radio if a medic revived anyone to leave the raid. I can try to get a video for it later if I have it, but the cops were also all dead and none were anywhere near the house and the raid was over when I was revived.

I'm not certain if I have a say in this or not, but I noticed I was mentioned/tagged in this so I figured I should provide my side of the situation for context purposes.

A medical intern was reported by Dmoz for "combat healing/combat reviving" so I went there, and saw he was still healing. Once I could, I pulled him aside and explained to him that Medical Interns/Paramedics CANNOT revive or heal DURING combat and must wait till the combat is over before doing their part.

I actually just watched the video and don't even hear my voice at all, @Dmoz can you tell me the time in the video where you hear my voice? I was also telling the medic to leave the area right as @Gregg showed up who physgunned him away. I don't see how I encouraged any combat healing in this video as I was dead and my voice can't even be heard.

It may be Draza, it does sound like him. However the combat was over when people were revived, there was dead cops all around and as I mentioned in my previous response, I noclipped away as soon as I was healed and the medic was taken away, and told over either my radio or discord for everyone to leave if they were revived.

At about 0:35 and 0:45 in the second video you just added, you can hear me telling the medic he can't be there and he has to leave. You can tell my voice is different than the voice at the end of your first video. The end of the second video was @Gregg, I didn't take care of the medic myself as Gregg showed up while I was telling the medic to leave.

I could care less at this point, I was heated at the moment and now messed up the whole report with unable to identify who was talking, so just close it. But PS. Drazza over radio the whole police force was talking about attacking saying how I was dead and back up was needed.

After just realizing it your boys were counter raiding outside the house, but after just being shot it was immediate reviving and furthering into the second video after hearing my cringe as voice there are still explosions, shots and cops being killed. I don't really want to say further into anymore talking since I feel ashamed putting blame on Tyler thinking it was him talking, my bad. Just please CLOSE the report I already feel dumb enough.

I was the person who killed you with a Revolver (Behind you) at the doors of Rich 10, allow me to explain what I saw.


A situation occurred in which we were the main targets of Police supervision (Natan-nat was S.W.A.T without reason taking pictures of our base, so was Kyle Vandan), one of our org members got into some issues so we assisted him which caused the cluster you saw before hand. We had killed everyone (to our current knowledge) and were doing some final sweeps. I went around double tapping all the body's making sure Police were dead when I heard some loud sirens come on (The chiefs) I got a call from PVC (Proximity Voice Chat) saying 'Yo, Chief!!!" I got my gun and saw you heading between the cars of Richard, I took some shots and murdered you. After your death I believe there was one more S.W.A.T camping down in the corner but he was quickly killed. That was the last of the cops who responded (before some of them broke NLR, but even then that was another 2-3 min away). I went back to searching bodies and organizing my collected goods and distributing them amongst fellow associates. The battle was over when the reviving started nor in the videos do I hear anymore battling happening showing that is was disallowed for medics to assist. I later died from TK (Team Kill) as I was mistaken for a detective #TheFeels

Btw in that video with Alec, the people in that black volvo were never detectives. He made an assumption and it lead to the Chief's death. Me and John were the real detectives at Richards 8, after some the Cartel decided to shoot us on sight while we were at Richards 8. The assumptions made were lead to the hostages death. The hostage taker gave no warning to the random civilians outside with the black volvo and decided to shoot them. Back up was called ever so after failRP occurred at richards 8. This whole situation may have been caused by a couple of curious rockford cartel members including or only Jack Everadon. He decided to come to the richards 8 not even knowing if we were detectives and decides to shoot us up, indeed leading to us shooting him. This then caused another member to show up and check up on Jack. That then lead to the death of the chief. All starting at the failRP that took place.
