i understand this ban but i don't think it should be 7 days. I was in a sit with @Chef about the "rdm" and he excused it, which i think should be removed off of my ban. The only reason for ban i feel should be up there is racism, i know it wasn't necessary for me to call the person a spic, but in reason i myself am part of the latino community and i didn't think about my wording.

Racism is only allowed in a minor IC way. Blatantly using a derogatory word for Mexicans that is in the same category as the N word is treated the same, it is NEVER allowed. I will not lift this ban, depending on what Chef has to say for this situation I may reduce it. For the time being it is staying right as it is.

While I do not agree with Chef's punishment in this case. I do not have the authority to overrule another administrator that has given a verdict on this situation already. As such you have been un-banned effective immediately. Take this as your first and only warning for Racisim. Next time it will be a much harsher punishment.
