So Basically how the situation all started was we had asked Jamal(daddy) to join our gang but he was also in another gang so we gave him some time to make a decision then today we gave him the option to either Choose our gang or his other one, he chose the latter. At the current time he was apart of an org (Whelson Family) which we have Negative standing with. Earlier Jamal had killed a Higher rank in our gang Sebastian(lgzr) with no reason(RDM) took his AK-74 but was then returned. And that was 1 strike. Every time we will base he will blow up everyone cars after being asked not to, while parked for no reason, Strike 2. His overall attitude in our gang had been terrible Arguing with higher ranks, not listening and not following Orders while cursing at a lot of the members that was strike 3. 3 strikes equals a kick so we then Told him he was being kicked from the gang and that was it. After that we had a notice that Jamal Mathews was Mug on sight and that he was to be assassinated for the disrespect of the Former

I didn't disrespect the former whatsoever. That alone still isn't a big enough reason for a 'hit' which aren't allowed in the first place. The amount of hypocrisy in this post is a lot, because you and your buddies do the same thing and i've seen it first-hand.
And the reason wasn't for that, the reason what 'I was being a cunt' and that's what you told the moderator who was dealing with the situation, soooo.

It's an excuse for you to kill me, it's not a hit- it's an excuse for RDM. The org second in command cannot just place a hit on someone through discord and his org kill me for whatever reason.

You said it was a gang war, but the rules state you cannot shoot someone in a rival org out of the blue. A hit isn't an excuse.

we didnt do a hit, we put people on the list that we despise. And if your on the list expect to be robbed on sight. ikts not a kos type of hit its we find you randomly and we rob/kill you
