Request Reason: So I really don't know where to start. I arrive on the server to start my saturday, and then i hear the mayor at bank saying he was going to legalize class 3's as well as all drugs. I pull up to the corner to check and see if anybody needs heals. Noticed 2 people had class 3's, so i put my hands up. The citizens then proceed to kill STEAM_0:1:99506979 (Kristem Stirfry steam name) With the mayor watching in the driver seat. They escape, and then a few moments later i see them on farm Hwy shooting up a towing manager STEAM_0:1:461832765 (Hazer). The mayor tells them to hurry up and get in, and then they proceed to leave. I was dumbfounded by what i saw, as they were not SS but instead citizens.

As seen in the video, it is clear that the mayor is going all out with being corrupt (assuming with no permission due to the lack of a Senior Admin being present on the server), by assisting civilians with rifles in the murder of another. The photo of the laws also conclude that @brandonz30 was being corrupt. The actions shown by him are absolutely not tolerated, and as a result, they will receive 3 Warning Points.
