Unban Reason: Firstly I want to say that in the same video not sure if he cut it out or the clip just stopped right there but I'm sure after i said the "F" word , i said "Oh shit oops sorry" something along the lines of that because I understood it what I said was not okay!! I also didn't know that the player FallenderMond was part of the LGBTQ+ Community/gay person.

Secondly, it was something that slipped out of my mouth because I was upset about what happened before this, I raided the jewelry store and killed the police department then I was warranted and ran to my premium box to check something but couldn't' exactly store my items (warranted). I turn around to see the swat and the detective before I could do anything I get tased and cuffed instantly, this automatically felt like it was metagaming because they saw "WANTED" on the side of me, didn't question me or anything just that.

Thirdly, I'm not really sure what you checked to automatically assume that I'm a toxic player based on context OOC messages because I'm sure if you look at any player that has been on this server for a long time they have said something "Toxic" in the past. The bypasses I made in OOC were me saying "f*ck" and bypassing normal cuss words nothing that is hurting anybody in any way.

Fourthly, I find it very odd that I wasn't @'d in the report so I could give my input on the situation itself and defend myself in my own report before I was given a punishment.

Since I'm a part of the situation, I'll write my input. During the situation, Memo was frustrated due to another situation that occurred prior. Memo has been a long-time member of the community and has recently gotten more active. I believe he deserves a second opportunity because of his previous actions a long time ago (and of course forgetting that hes not allowed to say slurs) . Although he did violate the rules, he was unaware at the time and afterwards apologized. I'd want to apologize to @FallenderMond for my friend's stupidity during that incident. Even though there's complications at the end of the day everyone is just trying to have fun.

As I was the person who made the report on @Memo I believe that he has learned from his mistakes and should receive a ban reducement. Please be more careful of what you say to other players. You know it wasn't okay to say that as after you had said it, you knew it wasn't allowed and I understand that it was a slip-up but you should have apologized to me if it was a slip-up. If you had said sorry or anything of that sort I wouldn't have made the report on you.

Please be more careful in the future. I believe you should receive a ban reducement or even a ban appeal approval. I'll leave that to staff to decide.

If you are unaware of your actions, the logs I provided above are what I am referring to. You have intentionally abused the OOC chat by avoiding the chat filter (multiple times). There is a REASON it exists, and it isn't for players like yourself to find loopholes. Here is a couple of other messages I found that you decided to type in OOC for god knows why:

Another thing I've noticed: Your first paragraph comes across to me as you joking around and not taking this sincerely. Next time, make an appeal without trying to defend yourself, because in this instance you are totally in the wrong and what you have done is unacceptable in this community. If you think you aren't toxic from the logs I have provided, there are many more that I won't show, and re-watch the video to listen to the way you come across to others.
