Unban Reason: I am going to keep my unban reason simple.... I have absolutely the least clue of what he is accusing me of and I would like to know what software I was using lol. Cause the only thing that I could have been using is the macro that my mouse comes from the factory with.

The video is extremely suspicious and after showing it to fellow staff members and developers we have come to an agreement that you were either using aimbot or esp/walls. If you could explain the video from your perspective that would be helpful

I mean I was being spectated by two admins I believe, @Bryan1504 and im not sure of the others ones name.
But if I was hacking why at 0:33 I am shooting at nothing, meanwhile during this defense of my base I was with another person and Bryan literally appears to talk to me about how he is watching the raid and to just carry on. Wouldn't he have just banned me right there and then along with the other admin if there was foulplay involved.
When he would walk on the steps I would hear every single step since I have gaming headset and I could even hear him walking on the grass, If you want to call my amplified hearing , cheating, hacking then go ahead.
Because multiple streamers use audio to hear footsteps and know where enemies are.

This guy is called a hacker all the time due to him knowing where most of his enemies are.

You can see multiple times throughout the video where I shoot and hit nothing.
Thirdly I have been playing since Rockford para lake, and Florida why would I risk my 100 something player level just to get an advantage of shooting someone through the wall.
I honestly think you guys should just spectate me hard if you haven't been doing so already because trust me when I say this I fucking hate hackers.
Sure this video is sketch but If I was hacking wouldn't I just kill everyone through the wall or just rush outside.
I would be a pretty stupid hacker to be using my "cheats" while being spectated.
Just because I am a good pvper with the ability to use footsteps as my tool does that make me a hacker.

To quickly put in my piece regarding this ban appeal and the ban itself. I responded to a report regarding the raid and dropped in to just check what was happening and make sure everything was alright. I talked to you and your friend regarding placing down workbenches and crafting during a raid/firefight then left shortly after. Multiple reports then later came in regarding the situation about there being exploits used and the defender being the one using them. The one I responded to was not the one with the video, but another staff member who looked into it and then handed me the video. I am not the most experienced person when it comes to identififying exploits in a single review without other supporting evidence and did not feel comfortable acting on the video alone, which is why I did not ban you then and there. I instead chose to hand the video to other staff members and developers for review as they have more experience and knowledge on that particular subject than I do. The video was then reviewed and the decision was made later on to issue you a ban based on that video and what it shows, from what I am aware atleast.

I can totally understand from the perspective of the deceased how this can look suspicious but I was hearing there footsteps going up and down and them running on the grass and was shooting at them like that.
Obviously from the video not every shot would hit but some did.

Additionally, you had very accurate shots through a door and wall of which you could not see through without third party tools. By "very accurate" shots I mean multiple straight headshots (almost every shot you fired) which I witnessed and the video shows. I have received multiple reports in the past against you specifically for suspected aimbotting, only this time there's clear evidence of it and you've been punished for it. Aren't you the guy who banned me for a week and a half for defending myself from a Police Officer.
And you were also the guy that was pushing for this Perm ban.

There was a point in time where I remember spectating you and I noticed you staring at walls. Then when a player approached, you’d track him through the wall. At the time I could not do anything about it. But I went over to CM immediately after noticing it.

Also, refrain from targeting any staff members as it will not help your case.

This is completely preposterous I am trying to remain as calm as I can when I am being accused of something I did not do.
The whole idea of my ban seems absurd how the word of a distraught newly minted mod who has a vendetta against me.
Can get most of the whole staff team to conspire that I was hacking when there is not actual proof or logs of malice.
This is all hearsay and I was never actually hacking I believe I should be unbanned and more should be done in the future to not ban innocent people based on few facts and evidence.

The fact of the matter is that I have only been playing for a week or so after taking a long 3 month break due to me being a captain of the wrestling team as well as the debate team, and then people want to act like I have been raiding and massacring people like some crazed maniac when all I do is make guns and just fuck around with my org.


Sorry but I will not go down slowly when my name is being defamed as some sort of black sheep when I am a long time veteran of this community who has put in work in this game and grinded to the top.
I am not trying to disrespect any of the staff team I am just trying to intelligently defend myself by myself in this case against me.
