so i was banned for the reasons listed WHEN I WASNT EVEN ON so i dont know how i could have gotten banned i know he was falsely arrested by me and i understand that but how was i supposed to know he was innocent he never said he had evidence or gave me any also he even waited a whole day instead of calling an admin and me to a sit so its his fault he got arrested

yes i understand it was a false arrest but if he would have told me he had evidence i wouldnt have arrested him and i only shot him because i thought he was a guy that shot me earlier before a medic revived me so i shot him in self defense and then i called a medic to revive him so i could arrest him and he never said he had any proof he was innocent

There was no reason to kill him, he wasn't a threat. You can't defend yourself from nothing, you need credible reason to defend yourself.

You didn't even RP as a cop, you just silently dragged the guy around and never explained what he did. There was no RP, there was no reason to kill the guy. Because of this I issued your ban, in hopes you would learn from this.

well he also had a gun and i previously had been shot so if thats not credible enough to defend myself idk what is and i did explain what i thought he did i said "you and your friends shot and nearly killed me" and i thought that because he was right outside of that same property

The video showed to me blatant RDM, I just don't know how else to put it. The guy did nothing wrong, he wasn't a threat, and during the time I couldn't see nor justify lethal action on your part. Alongside the RP, there was none. You just dragged him around, put him in a holding cell, then arrested him without even explaining what he did wrong or trying to actually RP as a cop.

Because of this, this is denied. Please use lethal action only when it's necessary on those who are credible and legitimate threats. The possibility of a threat doesn't give you the right to murder anyone who rolls up with their keys out. Had he had a gun out, it'd have been a different story. But given the evidence, and him having a key out instead, there was no reason or motive behind your actions.
