Unban Reason: I was helping a tow truck driver get to get up the bridge because he got stuck If I prop abused I apologize. I don't remember the accusation of me waking somebody intentionally.

Also, my headset is messed up so I can't hear properly in sits.

Right off the bat, I'd like to say that this ban was originally reduced from 3 days due to the gap between your offenses. We all make mistakes. Now onto the actual appeal:

Regardless of your intentions, you still broke a rule which resulted in you smashing @MrSquid 's car, therefore damaging it and initiating the report. You've been here long enough that if a car is stuck, that is never grounds for prop-pushing.

I don't remember the accusation of me waking somebody intentionally.

Assuming you mean wacking , I don't know how you can forget sending a big pickup truck flying down the ramp again. It may be me, but that's quite a memorable event. Usually people report themselves and thus get a lighter punishment for their honesty (atleast with me anyway, as I appreciate honesty) and had you done that, it could've stuck with a blacklist or even a couple of warning points.

I appreciate this, which is why I began typing. But mid-way through, you did go AFK in the sit without telling us, which annoyed me because I was explaining what I was shown in the video and as I finish, you say "Alright I'm back." I decided not to repeat myself as it was your fault for not telling us before your departure.

Summary:

So, I was shown a video. It showed you in your car being towed. You then get out as the tow truck struggles up the hill. MrSquid began helping the tow truck driver to get up the hill. You drop what looks to be a pie and then proceed to grab it with your physgun and thrashing it into MrSquid's truck, which you will understand can have an entire different meaning, for example you were trying to stop your car being towed, saw MrSquid trying to stop you and proceeded to prop push him away. Either way, you still broke a rule, a rule in which I will add you have a record of committing. This is your third offence of Prop Abuse.

I won't deny this outright, but I won't accept this outright. I'll give you 24 HOURS to convince me to reduce this ban.
Evidence may be available, depending on if MrSquid has deleted it or not. If not, then you'll have to take my word for it.

If you are reading this I extremely apologize for my actions, I could have handled the situation way better. I was very nervous when you took me into a sit and I did not know what to say, I should have told you it was my fault and not made stuff up. Although my headset did cut out, I had no reason to say I don't remember. I also apologized to Mr.squid via private msg and he told me he might speak to you to reduce my sentence. I'm not like that at all and I did not mean to commit that cruel offence by prop abusing
I do not expect a unban, but I wanted to apologize for my actions.

I've done some thinking. After being unable to grab MrSquid for confirmation, I've decided on the action to be done.

I understand we all make mistakes, so I'm not going to start blaming you because I appreciate mistakes are made.

Now, you've been banned for almost a day now. I'll find out how long exactly and reduce you ban to however long 24 hours from the initial ban would've been.
