Relevant Evidence: Truth and honesty it was literally my second day joining the server or even playing garrys mod I was looking around trying to figure out why everything said error and a police officer tried to arrest me for walking in the street and I was asking what I did wrong because I could barely even see textures. When I was speaking to the admin on the roof I could barely hear him and asked if he could type and then I got banned. If that's all it takes new players to get banned why even allow them to play I literally have 0 clue what I did and I was just trying to learn the game and got banned. I apologize but I truly did nothing wrong

I cannot remember the exact reason why I brought you to the roof as this was some time ago...
Major points however that lead to your ban was the fact I could clearly hear you using a 3rd party voice chat source to chat with friend about In character things, which you lied about to me denying that you were.Secondly you were being very disrespectful when I was trying to ask you questions, apologies if you couldn't hear me but I did start typing for you, at which I asked you "Are you here to RP" to which you responded "Whats RP" in a disrespectful manner.

If you can remember why I pulled you up in the first place please say so cause I have forgotten.

I was pulled on the room for failrp due to me getting arrested for J Walking and i refused to be arrrested by the officer and to your third party i do admit to being on teamspeak me and my friends were unaware that it was a rule i have re read the rules and understand everything that i need to know to play im very sorry and really didnt mean to disrespect you im a very loud person and people take it as disrespect and im really sorry for that please give me another chance due to the fact its my first offense and am farly new on the server

Your ban appeal will not be accepted due to the nature of your ban reasons, I understand that you may be new but you need to understand our community takes the RP serious and that an admin sit is no time to mess around. From the actions you displayed on that day it was clear you were not aware of any of the rules and were just generally fail RP'ing. However I am happy to hear that you have taken the time to read the rules and I'd hope us staff do not have to deal with similar offenses.
