Hi @johnhummus,

At approximately 7:38 PM (PST) staff received a number of reports about a Police Tow Fail Driving, Fail RPing and VDMing people, to which I spectate you for approximately 20 minutes going around the city. In that time I spectated you I witnessed you on a number of occasions intentionally swerving into vehicles, aiming for pedestrians as well as hooking vehicles without any RP involved whatsoever. This wasn't the first time you were spotted doing this, after viewing your notes I determined that you had no intention of playing properly on the server. Especially after you towed a vehicle without cause to the Juniper Heights area and then ran it into the ocean and left the server. I decided to watch you again once you connected and you proceeded to do the same.
