I'd like to state that I was right next to the mayor and after telling a group of people to stop planting crops in public one of them started approaching me and calling me a bitch, I took that as a threat and shot the man to protect the government. Before getting banned I tried to state my case but the staff member ignored me and did not make me fight my case which was massively unfair. I've been staff on a few servers and I have never came across this sort of ban approach.

I didn't let anyone speak their stories, I got a video, watched it, ban you - that's it. Just because someone calls you a bitch doesn't mean you can kill this.

Also I welcome you to report me if you find the ban unfair, that's the point of that forum.

If you think you can moderate the server better than by all means make a mod app. We need more. You added me on steam and can openly communicate to me here, feel free to give me your story, but I'm certain its not going to change the fact you RDM'd someone.

We talked in Steam, you had a sound argument as to why you didn't RDM. There was still rule-breaking here, but I didn't need to tell you that, you expressed that understanding from the get-go. So in that spirit of understanding I will remove your ban.

You will remain on a watch-list so if you happen to abuse security agent (which I know you won't) you would be reprimanded as a second offense. Other than that, no real punishment.
