I would have hoped after previous punishment for identical/similar offenses that you would have an idea of how to conduct yourself in front of staff members. We do not ask much, just that you don't call us names such as "faggot", "cocksucker", and other things you said. You also told me a few times that I do not know how to do my job. Your insults and ranting lasted long enough for you to have stopped yourself and realize what you were saying is going to get you in trouble. Based on your priors and the situation's intensity and length, I should not be accepting this appeal.
