Unfair 4 week ban?

Unban reason:
1st guy aaron agreed that "actions and talking are not the same thing" meaning he could have gave his ID, could have typed his name, anything roleplay. we gave the kid like 3 10 second chances in a row. Matthew told him that if he speaks he dies since he kept talking over matthew. We then ask if he understands he gave us the "agree" gesture. we ask what his name is (simple roleplay) and he just looks at us. he could have /me give ID or /me tells name is blah blah. we counted down from 10 3 times and i finally killed him after he was not complying

Overall a 4 week ban for honestly really nothing wrong is harsh as fuck.
Danny called us "Autistic Faggots" several times and lied to isaac when he said we never said get on the ground (which i proved false). was he punished for anything wrong he did? no.
Nick failed to roleplay by telling us his name and we were punished for it. Responding and talking are completely different as agreed by @Aaron ​

Although not listed in the forum post, I'm a witness to this case. (In response to Ban Appeal Rules Rule#2)

I was at the super market, I witnessed you kill two ppl and I was walking to the House NPC when you attempted to RDM me too.. Since you tried to kill me too for no reason, I do see it as RDM and I think a 4 week ban is justified

Alright.
To start off, we had a lot of reports piling up. I did quite a few of them, and one in particular involved @DLTracktix and @MKTracktix in an rdm sit. The person reporting you two was chill about it and said he really didnt care, so I said alright. I noted it and moved on. Then we come to this situation. You two killed the driver of the truck without giving him ample warning. I was going to ban you for just a day or two until I checked the watchlist, where you were listed for several counts of RDM each. That also reminded me of the earlier sit where you two were being reported.

This ban will stay. We've had a lot of problems with you guys, especially with rdm. It's time you took a little break from Monolith.
