Time of Occurrence: I'm guessing around 3am 10/8/17
Relevant Evidence: Woke up to get on gmod for a minute and noticed i was banned
Additional members involved/witnessing:No clue.
It was super late and I was getting tired and didn't want to fall asleep on gmod cause i could barely keep my eyes open so i got off gmod. Idk who or what i was avoiding in the process of doing that.

@RedBullet The situation involved is one I can actually remember, Vincent Roosevelt got VDM'd supposedly by you. I checked the logs and it said you had indeed knocked him out and then I had no further logs from you, not to mention the report was fairly new and so was the log, so I assumed you'd left to avoid RP and gave you a 3 day ban.

It would literally be impossible for me to have VDM'ed some one cause i was in and out of being awake while i was on for a good thirty minutes at least before i got off. IDK where those logs of me VDMing came from because i myself make sure i do not hit people on purpose and i do my best to be the best driver i can be. @OTXKU I was sitting in the house i rented out for a long time to begin with, so even if i did vdm why did he report it so much later. I own a purple BMW, I honestly don't know what to tell you about the logs. idk what logs look like but i know for sure i did not vdm anyone on purpose or accidentally.

Hmmm, I'll admit my decision was based off what I had at my wits at the time, I was the only mod on and I couldn't see that you left, but you were not on the server. I'll unban you this time. Just be more careful at 3AM, yeah?
