Let's put this into perspective since you like to leave many facts out.

Let's roll back prior to this to give anyone who wants to read this some back story. Prior to your arrest, you were a Police Tow Truck Driver, who ended up towing emergency vehicles after being told numerous times not to from multiple police supervisors, myself included (I was a Lieutenant). You continuously abused the police radio frequency with constant arguments and unprofessional banter with Detectives, Officers, Supervisors and Command. You were warned multiple times to stop towing emergency vehicles yet you did not comply, going on a "tow-spree". This spree ended when you decided to tow my supervisor Tahoe with it's emergency lights activated while I was chasing a suspect down in a nearby alley way. As I came out of the alley way, I observed you had my Tahoe on the back of your tow hook. I immediately ordered you to drop my Tahoe multiple times over the government radio where you failed to comply, a minimum of 3 times, as you continued to abuse the police radio and argue with me over it. I then asked the Assistant Chief to demote you for your insubordination and abuse of power. The Assistant Chief demoted you and I retrieved my Tahoe to transport my arrested suspect.

Lets come back to this situation now. Approximately 10-20 minutes after that, you became a Civilian Tow Truck Driver. I heard reports from a Detective that you stole his undercover police vehicle using your tow truck. A warrant was issued for your arrest for "GTA". Detectives located you and called for backup. I arrived to back them up and placed you under arrest. You were taken to the PD and arrested for GTA.

Let's contemplate on why this occurred. You were just recently demoted from the Police Tow Truck Driver job for abusing the job. You became a Civilian Tow Truck Driver and decided to continue the abuse. Let's see where the problem lies:

As a Civilian Tow Truck Driver, you are not acting in the capacity of the municipality and therefore do not have any sort of law ENFORCEMENT authority. You are not tasked with enforcing traffic laws, city ordinances or vehicle impounds (unless REQUESTED by Law Enforcement). A Civilian Tow Truck Driver does not have the ability to issue a citation, and for good reason, because they are not Law Enforcement, they are not affiliated with the Police Department, nor are they affiliated with the municipality in any capacity. The Civilian Tow Truck Driver job reports to the Towing Manager who works for the Mechanic Shop, which is not a municipal service or government agency. It is a private business which makes a profit off of customers. No one from the Police Department gave you any sort of permission or authority to conduct traffic enforcement, vehicle impounds or act in the capacity of a Police Tow Truck Driver while you were working as a Civilian Tow Truck Driver. You did that on your own accord. You attempted to impound an undercover police vehicle while they were actively engaged in law enforcement duties, and therefore you committed obstruction; but primarily, GTA, because a Civilian Tow Truck Driver does not have the authority to conduct impounds without Police permission, which you did not have.

What is even more concerning is how you are ranked as a Mentor on the server, especially with this type of erratic and mingey behavior. You would think someone of your rank would show some respect for the server and would use common sense to understand what they're doing is wrong, but unfortunately, you went on "power trip" and were disciplined for violating the law. You then were butthurt enough to make a forum report instead of contact a staff member online.

"supervisor Tahoe with it's emergency lights activated" On my end the tahoe's lights were off and illegally parked in the middle of the street with out lights which it is considered a legal recovery tow. ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2638215357 )
"abusing the job" Lets bring this part into view as you state. Im a tow main, I legally tow cars that had created a traffic violation, such as No parking zones with visible signage that is part of the map, double parked cars that obstruct other drivers on the parallel parking spaces, illegally parking on sidewalks, cars with boots, requested impound tows, Emergency vehicles have no exception as they are supposed to follow the traffic laws as well. IF their lights are on (I have to see them) I can't touch them, but if the lights are off (I have to see them) they are legal tow aways for recovery. SO TO GET THIS CLEAR. I have simply doing my job as a tow truck and OBEYING the LAWS, which includes the one stating "ALL US TRAFFIC LAWS ARE APPLIED TO MONOLITH" So its not abusing.

Be aware the Civil tow truck is capable of doing the same tow job as pd tow but since you had fired from pd tow for a reason such as doing my job appears to think its criminal, if you had a problem with what I was doing, why don't you suggest to the head developer to remove the tow service from pd, if you can't handle a serious cop that has being driving that rig since 2019 from turnorth. I have the experience to do that job, and you all think im a rookie at it.

I believe your excuse is simply incorrect. I'm not going to debate with you. The arrest was completely justified as I was acting on a warrant with probable cause. I did not violate any server rules.

I have towed emergency vehicles and cars in this type of situation in this map and monolith, and not had a problem with it, but you and a rookie assist chief think its like a terrorist threat when I try to prevent GTA thefts from other players that love to run you over all the time. if I recover the cars they can't be used against you, so how about this, I'll give written /gov messages to the driver and the picture of said car from my point of view to show the violation that everyone can see and in 10 minutes of that written text the car will be evidence logged and towed away.

Also wouldn't GTA be me driving the vehicle that wasn't mine?

Today a friendly tow truck driver told me about the npc descriptions, Im allowed to tow illegally parked car to impound with a mechanic tow truck says here.

@JohnConner235 did you inform the arresting officer that you had evidence of the vehicle being illegally parked without its lights on? And if so, @Larry Gibbons did you review this evidence, and if it was presented but not reviewed, why?

I told them that, but they decided to arrest me without viewing said evidence. I even asked for a court case before being arrested, but the mayor got off the second I said it.

As best as I can tell, Larry was offered evidence contrary to the alleged crimes and yet did not find it necessary to review it, and simply processed the individual anyways for the crime of doing their job.
