Look, we believe it or not were not looking for a gunfight, we were intending to kidnap you and use your value as the asst Chief as a hostage... Back in at the start of the video we were trying to stall you enough (without trying to make it obvious we were) hoping that the tow driver would leave so I could ziptie you there but that didn't go to plan since you got back to your vehicle just as the tow driver was leaving, you can also hear me saying "Hold up" as you drive off to you...

Later we happen to witness you driving down 72nd street when we returned to my vehicle to see if you'd come back so we looped around and watched you driving into the alleyway behind jewelers, since the alley is a perfect quiet and hidden location we attempted to try our luck and come around and attempt to get you gunpoint, unfortunately as you can see in your video you already had your gun out which we were not aware of at first. Thus making it impossible to hold you under fear RP, causing a gunfight to ensue.

Also in the video at the end, Hamza the first guy to encounter you do not open fire immediately, if we wanted to kill you wouldn't you think we'd open fire at first sight?

I don't think both myself and Hamza would be that stupid to just to RDM you without any apparent reason, we wanted you alive.

This is young cluckers here to confirm was raven is saying, we came to kidnap you for generally being a nuisance to other criminal counterparts in the city. We stalked you for a while trying to find a good time to fear rp you and knew we’d likely end up having to revive you. You can hear in the last part of the clip where I say you have a strong pulse and I’m going to save your life because the whole point of the interaction was to take you alive. Additionally I was saying hands as I approached you but due to the fact you ran behind the wall and immediately drew your gun you couldn’t hear it.

Given the video and the context given by the opposing party, it does appear like they were trying to take you alive and the situation went south. At 4:49 of your video you can see Hamza checking your pulse and talking about reviving you, which corroborates their story.

That being said, @ananian you should not be flaming people in OOC about either IC stuff nor about forum reports.

@ananian you will be given a verbal warning for inappropriate use of OOC. As for the RDM, it appears that the killing was within a valid RP reason.
