2.11.3 HOTFIX

NOTE: 3.0 is just around the corner, don't worry! This is a hotfix we needed to release quickly though.

ADDITIONS

• New VCMod update which should increase server performance somewhat. Also loading times are decreased from this.
• Added some Manager jobs in preparation for 3.0.

FIXES

• Fixed bacon exploit, players were gaining way too much money.

ADJUSTMENTS

• Increased price of Dodge Challenger 2015 to $295,000.
  
• Reverted Delivery Driver colour back to the original one.
