Additions:
- New Rockford Customs UI with revamped code. You should no longer lose parts.
- New 3D Map, to look at this go to the Spawn and you'll see one!
- New Police Locker in which government members can purchase individual weapons to specialize their equipment. Note you can only use this while a Mayor is in office and the budget is high enough.
- New surrender system. Press F2.
- Chat such as 911, Org, Government chat will show in the local vicinity to decrease metagaming.
- New attachment detaching through the inventory menu.
- Added defib logs.
- Added Ferrari LaFerrari for $7,500,000.
- Added Handcuff and Ziptie action timers.
- Fixed revive command to be better on detecting names.
- Fixed armor issue with Police Locker.
- Fixed some performance issues with the new ATMs.
- Fixed some ammo types not granting ammo such as the L115 and UMP45.
- Fixed kicked/disconnected players getting stuck in the voice chat.
- Fixed !unstuck being able to be used while in a vehicle.
- Changed the mission HUD.
- Highered aim threshold for Car Spawn signs.
- Adjusted tax multiplier to not make the Mayor so rich.
- Adjusted the Axe hitting sounds.
- Adjusted Defibrillator anti spam cooldown to 10 minutes to prevent excessive revivals.
