Request Reason: During an earlier tow with an upside down Subaru, the user came to complain about it at the PD. Yet they disliked me towing the vehicle as everyone does, but they eventually got in my car and I kicked them out of the vehicle. At the point where they decide to hand up and AK and attempt to shoot me. To where I attempt flee and actually run him over during the process while trying to get back over at town hall with the rest of my units.

Even then, the situation shouldn't have occured as it was a legal tow with clear reasons on towing. While at the same time, I advised no active threat to the subject only until I began to flee and simultaneously hit him. Yet this is clearly a revenge against tow.

This occurs at all times, and almost never gets resolved correctly. When someone deems their vehicle improperly towed they should go to staff and tell them such. Otherwise there's nothing else to do about it. Tow also can't leave a vehicle, in your case, upside down and sideways in the parking lot. That wouldn't fly with much of any case, as a term of RP would be the factor that the lot owner would call for tow/request of removal for vehicles incorrectly managed within their alloted area. This being the fisher supply shop.

Even then, if you believe you are 100% getting towed without a valid reason, you take it with staff and have picture/video evidence of that given moment. As said, here is the last picture of your car, since you believe everyone about a false impound, including your own.

You pretty clearly violated the rule listed above. In the video you can even hear you saying "Why'd you tow my car pussy?" as you're shooting him, clearly indicating your motivation for shooting the tow driver. You did not have a valid reason to shoot the tow truck driver. And even then, his picture shows a car that is a pretty valid tow.

In the future if you have an issue with a tow truck driver, take it up with the staff on the server. Don't take the rules into your own hands.
