Relevant Evidence: I'm pretty sure the one who actually made the mass VDM was the guy who stole my car going by the rp name of "Jason Statham". Just when he stole my car I got pissed off because he ran me over and I disconnected, so I guess after that he went on a VDM spree with my car.
