Date and time of loss: Not quite sure, just making the request but I have to say maybe 10:00A.M (Central Time)
What happened: Had to leave and and couldn't pick up my LSD equipment, admin came and said he is not quite sure and to make a refund request... so here I am. (Forgot what the admins name was but he is the one in the black coat)
How much do you need refunded: The amount for a flask,fridge,burner, etc. everything in photo
