The player that ran him over was originally let off because "accident" but a bit later was blacklisted from vehicles for similar behavior. The request is justified.

The admin who was in a sit with me said it was a vdm and he said i can get all my stuff. @PMX, @Toro Talk to toro in person he can say it happend i got hit by a car and lost my stuff.
