Blacklist Reason: hit a couple people while they were in the road
Unblacklist Reason: It was my first offense so I think it is a bit ridicoulus for getting a 1 week. Im not saying i shouldnt be punnished but i think that is a bit extreme considering I cant even ride in vehicles. This makes the game basically unplayable for a week. I just dont think i should get basically a week ban for messing around a little too much at 5 am with 20 people on for my first offense.

I spectated you driving, then swerving directly into a traffic stop, running over an agent and the mayor. You then double back twice and do the same thing, running over more people. When I took you all you gave me were excuses, even when I told you I saw the whole thing. Only when I issued you your punishment you began apologizing profusely.

This appeal is denied. If you want to drive, drive like you have sense.
