I was in a police chase and I ran over the officer, in this screenshot, in an attempt to avoid the spikes and was given a vehicle blacklist. I showed the full 10 minute clips to him and he said that I conducted it well except at this point and as a result was punished. But I don't believe this was VDM as I was code redded and my life was in immediate danger, the officer was in the way of the only safe portion to not fully stop my vehicle, as I already had 2 popped tires and had been shot multiple times in the chase.

As i told you in your sit most of the cops you hit were justified hits. The reason i gave you a 3 day blacklist is you had already been warned about VDM before and you could of avoided the last cop that was setting up a spike strip and not a threat to you life. Being that you were on the job and running away from cops (which you arent really supposed to do) and your history I decided a 3 day vehicle blacklist was necessary. You were very respectful and I do appreciate that. i will reduce your blacklist down to 1 day. Please learn from this.
