MRP BUG Vehicle repair kits

Type of feedback: Bug / Suggestion: Bug if unintended, suggestion if intended

Description of Bug / Suggestion: The lack of vehicle repair kits after the change to SVMod, as of right now there are no external repair kits to be bought from the Mechanic NPC, if this is a bug it should be looked at for the soul reason of QOL and streamlined gameplay, with this i mean, you can buy and carry fuel but nor a repair kit as they are unavailable.
if this is intended than this post can be moved and seen as a suggestion to reimplement repair kits.
This would also take a load of the staff members considering the amount of help requests we get about broken tires not being repaired when repairing 25% of your car in the garage.

Just wanna add to this, I think they should be added back too because anytime anyone steals a car you cant get it fixed,
As PD you also can NOT repair your car (Says budget cant afford even when we have a budget).
Aswell as what you said before my Porsche 911 cant even make it up the hit of garages at 25% hp. not to mention why is the garage 3k - 25% and mec 500$ - 100%. Just alot that needs to be seen players use this all day everyday should be a priority.
