Yesterday night we tried raiding barn 1st time Me, @Bob Robin, @Me3hun, @Krakentelevision and Banna everything was fine it was a legit raid cops came and killed us except one person so we left or the situation was ended. Everyone insisted on going back to raid again as I told them we had to wait 30 mins to raid them again or we'd be in violation of rule 4.2.1 - You may only perform one raid/heist (this counts for both ownable, un-ownable and government/public buildings), a hostage/kidnapping situation, or both situations simultaneously, each 30 minutes. This counts for both successful and unsuccessful situations. Survivors of a raid may ignore the "raid cooldown" if they decide to free organization/party members from police custody or retrieve lost gear from the Police Department, which will start a new raid cooldown. weather or not they waited 30 mins or not I'm not entirely sure giving they were upset about getting counterraided by the police. After that @Bob Robin, @Krakentelevision, and @Me3hun insisted we returned stating they were setting up lsd at the door do knock us out and tried killing us when they were unable to fight back. @Cozy said this was allowed which I stated to him was a rule violation given people have been warned in the past for blocking entrances with lsd. I did not interacted with them the 2nd time nor was I actively fighting in 2nd raid because I wasn't sure if they were breaking the 30 min rule timer or not. 3rd time Cole and Aaron decided to raid it the base as @Cozy came up and said we couldn't raid it again after unfairly moving the lsd to the front of the doors. I told everyone to leave and to just not come back till raid timer was up and went afk for about 1 hour.

hi i am bob robin, as stated in @Yeezy text we raided the people but when we raided the people they had lsd at the front door which shouldnt be aloud because when people are raiding them it disables them from fully lockpicking the door if the first try doesnt work.

Hi, yes I was involved in this. The second time myself and Cole started a raid, but ended it briefly after since it seemed that a timer dispute was going to occur. Cole died, I just left. As far as I know, no one, other than the accused parties, lost anything. The group did however leave to retrieve gas masks after getting gassed by the LSD during the first raid, as far as I know, and I think that's what is really causing the raid timer dispute. @Dobarion

Although my requests to provide further context to this situation have not been followed, I have decided to proceed with the provided statements and evidence to determine a conclusion. Considering the complexity of the situation to determine a rule violation I will not be providing in-depth explanations in all areas. In summary, multiple parties are involved with a defined 'raid' on the property. This raid for some of the parties involved do not go as planned (unsuccessful). Evidence to determine if multiple of these parties have violated rule 4.2.1 (Cooldown - raid/heist, hostage/kidnapping situation) is insufficient.

In terms of the positioning of the LSD cooking to block an entrance or be considered a form of exploit to cause a disadvantage: as per rule 2.5.6 (Blocking Entrances/Exits with Props) if the LSD was to completely block the opening or passage of the doorway then it would be in violation of the rule. Although, this does not apply to fumes created in the cooking of LSD. Players have the ability to purchase and equip gas masks to prevent damage from the fumes.

Reviewing logs with timestamps, I have determined @Bob Robin (James) has violated rule 4.2.1 (Cooldown - raid/heist, hostage/kidnapping situation) as they have lockpicked more than one door belonging to a different player not involved with this raid within a 30-minute cooldown. Although the user has violated 4.2.1, considering they are now part of a larger party I have determined this will not void the second raid (this situation).

In conclusion, I have found no sufficient evidence or correspondence within logs to determine a rule violation from any of the reported players except Bob Robins (James) and as such the Player(s) Report is denied. This situation will not be voided and stands on how it occurred.
