This man was interfering with giving some a ticket for an expired license. Upon checking his car, I found he did not have a standard drives license. After I gave him the ticket, he proceeded to kill me which is a direct violation of the rules. He was also harassing and being disrespectful

Also as you can see in the video this officer gives me a false ticket on my car for details he had in his computer for an expired license of another car, not my car or name is in his system.

You can see in the video I ticketed you and the other car. You were the second one. You cannot come out and say "I didn't learn my lesson" for giving you a ticket and kill me. THat is blatant RDM. You were obstructing the scene and I just had my tazer out since you refused to leave. You also threatened me in the video, saying "Get the fuck out of here before something bad happens"

Under Monolith Law assault is defined as:
3-1-1. Assault: Show intent or attempting to create offensive contact with a person
(doesn't involve physical contact).

Your taser is a weapon which is able to cause offensive contact with me, thus showed intent of assault which I am able to take that as a threat against my person, the rules have various PVP rules around not being able to kill LEOs but none for this particular situation to stop me from doing what I did (You were not killed because of a ticket).

The way you conducted yourself when I approached asking what you were doing ticketing a parked car was over the top and you threatening to taser me for "obstructing" when I'm a whole car away from you, which is ridiculous.

Threatening to cause harm to me in the form of incapacitation that could lead to death is valid and is covered under the rulebook as being a valid in-character reason when the definitions of the Monoford Law book are used considering those laws apply on IC in Monoford.

If the video is invalid, it is invalid in its entirety; you cannot cherry pick portions of it to help your story while claiming the whole thing is invalid.

The video shows you LEAVING the bank initially when you first made contact. You could have had your knife then, or you could not have. I have absolutely no way of knowing what is equipped on you at that moment of time. When you first approached me, you asked the question in a tone implying that I'm doing something wrong. Of course, the video did show you re-enter the bank, which you very well might've equipped the knife then, but it's impossible to tell without a video or screenshot on your side.It's your inventory and items, not mine.

If you also look at the video, I ran the plate with the ANPR system to get the information. The information showed the person did not have a license; he had a career driving license but not a standard driving license, so the ticket was valid. The person who it came back to wasn't even you.... I wonder if you stole the car

When I approached you, I told you to back off and leave me alone since you were obstructing. You later in the video claim that "this officer told me to back up because I'm obstructing." You were actively trying to get involved with a ticket that wasn't even your car (the gold one). Now reviewing the footage and seeing that the owner of this red car wasn't you, I'm guessing you have permission/shared privleges with Alonzo. The witness in the video even saw you stab me after giving a ticket. When I'm dead, you say you can't give me a ticket for driving.... then the audio cuts out due to my death.

You are way overblowing the deadliness of the tazer. Yes, it can incapacitate you, and cause you death. That death is really on caused by being tazed in something like a doorway, which you were not. You could argue that I could taze you and then shoot you or kill you, which is true, but that would be violating many rules and is not realistic at all. If some other player shot and killed me and then killed you when you were tazed, that is on that player, who probably RDMed, not the fact of the tazer itself. It is classified as a non-lethal weapon for a reason. In real life, cops don't taze someone to shoot them right after, they taze to get control and detain a person.

There we have it, you agree it is classified as a weapon, regardless of its lethality it still causes harm and is still assault in Monoford law.

I asked you why you were ticketing that first vehicle cause its not standard that an officer would ticket someone's car when its parked correctly, I did not get up in your face.
Logs will prove I quipped the machete after the ticket was written.

The ticket you applied to my vehicle the RED VW GOLF is invalid, you can see in your video you never actually scanned my plate and were still going off the last cars details.
My license at the time still had 5days and 11hours till it expired.


The ticket stuff has nothing to do with my reason.

And again the video missing audio misses the entire talking interaction we have before the shooting.

The video shows you advancing on me, I kept my distance at first and can even be seen backing up as you approach. I wanted to avoid confrontation but your threats were becoming bolder.

You can even hear my state as I run off into the back as you aback up and then drive forward into my car "Before something bad happens."
This shows my anger with you about threatening me. And is a subtle threat to what is to come, which to be fair could actually have justified you detaining me.

I ticket him and then accidently ram your car, yes I rammed your car because I was trying to get close for the ANPR system to scan your plate. When I rammed your car, the name changed to Alphonso Tho. I did not type the name or anything, it literally appeared after a plate check with ANPR.

Having said that, I reviewed it again closely and I did make a mistake here that I did not notice before, although the ticket was still valid for the gold car. The License plate I searched when ticketing the gold car wasn't correct, but I thought it was since on the ANPR it said his license was invalid (which it was later shown to be invalid anyways).

So, I will admit that I made a mistake and shouldn't have ticketed your car, I thought I scanned your plate and did a search, but I should've paid more attention, so I will apologize for that. Either way, you should not have killed me for writing a ticket, which is blatant RDM.

In PhaseBootz Video you can clearly hear me make a subtle threat and run into the bank where I ended up equipping the machete to come out and kill him.

Look man, I do not know why you are ignoring everything in my post but the last sentence; I have done my best to respond to all of your points, and you are so fixated on "gotchas" without providing your case in good faith.

The video simply shows you killing me after the ticket was issued.
