So I evidently hit another player by accident going up the hill to suburbs, as I get out to call EMS Vincent walks up to me and shoots me in the head. I called a admin sit and the admin told me it wasn't RDM because I hit his friend. I'd like another admin to read into this if possible please.

I'm the staff member that handled it in game. I deemed it not RDM as the player reporting hit the reported's friend with their vehicle, therefore the reported player defended their friend by killing Fabio. I also informed the reported player in game that it was clearly an accident according to the video, and he shouldn't be so quick to just kill him over the unintentional VDM.

Although I would have liked to have had RPed it out and done some Kidnaping type thing where I make you apologize, as Lola stated (yesterday I believe), the suburbs premium locker is a public space so I could not have Kidnapped/ Mugged you because it was in a public place, I purposefully did not decease you so I could call EMS and drag your body into a private area to further RP it out but no one responded.

On another note: You have recorded yourself metagaming to your friend in the video. Good job.

The menu is translucent, if that's the right word to use. Not hard to see someone go flying across the road through the inventory screen. I'll let you get another staff member's opinion on this, however my opinion still stands that it was not RDM however could have been handled better than him just killing you.

As mentioned by @The Chef and I noticed myself, you were metagaming in the video. Sharing in character information over discord or any third party application that is not the Monolith server itself is not allowed. You also may not be in any Teamspeak, Discord, or whatever server other than the Monolith one when you are on the Monolith server. Use your handheld radio in game for this.

If you type !discord in game you can get the invite link to the discord. If you are in an organization/crew and are the leader, you are free to submit an application here to get your own voice channel on the Monolith discord, and I'll personally make it for you if you would like. Keep in mind, in character information can still not be exchanged in this channel.

Sadly, I have to agree with Tyler. Although the incident was an accident, he still had a reason to kill you. It's not difficult to see somebody flying while using the premium box, the menu itself is transparent. I do agree that the situation could have happened better, some actual roleplay could have happened here...

Additionally, I would like to state that using Discord to process information without actually interacting in-game is strictly forbidden.

Rule 3.0.6: When playing on the server, our Discord is the only allowed third-party program for communication - crews get their own channel only accessible to their members. It is prohibited to use the discord for IC communication, eg: sharing locations, agreeing on meetings, trades etc.
