Volvo Station Wagon is seen in my car error

All my source games are active and I downloaded all the plugins correctly but in the game, my tool appears as an error.

I would physically page through the content pack and make sure they are all selected. When I downloaded mine it missed a few and I had to manually select a couple of them.

Problem was that it conflicts with add-ons left over from another server.the problem is removed when I uninstall and reinstall all addons.
