Relevant Evidence: It all started when I seen him running from the gun shop so I knew he'd have some good shit on him or at least some money, so I followed Casey round the Penthouse and got so close to the guy that his name tag was popping up and you could even hear my footsteps in his video evidence I mistakenly thought this was close enough and carried on saying over and over to stop or die and I thought that he was just trying to buy some time to get to the NPC, this is when I shot him and then went on our merry ways. I would like to also just bring up the fact that I love how I am being reported by this guy when every single time me, or my friends have tried raiding him he has dc'ed from the server mid raid, I haven't got recording saved but if any admins could spectate his raids from now on it would be appreciated.

If you really saw his name-tag you are well in voice range thus should we have seen you saying something in the video. Nothing showed up in chat either (not in the video nor the logs), I dont believe you made a real attempt to stop the victim, that's why I banned you.

NPC or not, the victim was in a public space therefore you could not mug him.
Looking at your logs, with an avarage of TWELVE kills per hour today I think you are way to trigger happy and am wondering if I shouldn't ban you for Mass RDM
