In the sit he said some bull shit stuff like "If I had a shotgun (Yes a shotgun, him comparing a knife to a shotgun) and I was standing here (10 meters away from me) and I would pull out my weapon your under fear rp" I then told him how much of a retarded statement that was because he compared a knife to a shotgun and then he didn't give 1 shit about how retarded that sounded so he then said "Rules are rules" when the rule 2.12 says You may not draw any weapon or run away when someone has you at gunpoint or in striking distance of a melee weapon unless the RP of both parties allows otherwise. He was definitely not at striking distance and as I pulled my gun out he then stepped backwards, but before he pulled the knife he said "appeal the ticket" which is implying to appeal the ticket that I gave to his truck for parking outside the bank door on the sidewalk/pavement.
