Why should the point(s) be removed: I never cop baited and i'm not sure why i got the 2 warning points for it. From what I am being told its from literally killing cops who was arresting a friend of mine and so I had myself and my org and some other friends take action and kill the cops so that we could free him.

Regarding the punishment issued to you (1 out of 7) for the rules violations of Fail Roleplay/Cop Baiting.

Situation: As some of the people may know who was originally part of the sit-in-game, video evidence was provided as multiple users reported of rule violations of Random Death Match. On review of the video provided, a large group of people mostly apart of the same organisation were inciting a situation with law enforcement as they ask for people to leave the area, most likely due to another matter. Your group failed to do so and one individual was directly inciting the law enforcement by stating they are going to stab them with the machete in which they were detained, that individuals actions were not just and shouldn't have happened, they stayed at a situation when not necessary, defying law enforcement, making threats verbally and physically.

As a group, you all ran around, some going in between cars, jumping on cars, pulling weapons out and overall making a situation when not necessary, as a group you made threats towards law enforcement for the hopes of getting a response, even some of the members on your radio frequency broke character to state that you shouldn't be doing this as its cop baiting.

To conclude, whether you were at the "sit" taken by myself or not, all users there were informed that punishment will be decided based on the videos provided and the outcome was the situation shouldn't have happened and in result, all users attempting to incite a response of law enforcement as per with server rules were punished for the following:

• FailRP - Actions performed by your character that are not realistic and do not correlate with the setting of the server and your roleplay role.
• Cop Baiting - The act of excessively provoking Law Enforcement for the sole purpose of having them chase you or incite some other reaction from them for your own mere enjoyment.

Following your statement:

"No one in our group was detained it was just a random friend" - You are not directly associated and you don't really know them so there is no reason to assist them whilst they are inciting law enforcement and breaking server rules.

"was being arrested for who knows what" - You are not even sure what he is being arrested for? From my understanding they are detained, even so, you don't even know the situation and are getting involved when unnecessary.

"we went to go save them" - In your terms of saving... By threatening law enforcement, attacking them, killing them and therefore ending any form of roleplay when not necessary.

"also where did anyone in that video did anyone break character on radio?" As in the video, if you listen carefully as all of you were shouting and the mingery, one of you says to stop as its cop baiting.

Denied, considering your history your punishment should have been punished much harsher. This is not your first time getting autobanned for too many warning points and this rulebreak is pretty blatant
