Why should the point(s) be removed: i think the warning point was very unfair. i was prison guard and a guy was trying to escape for the 4th time and i had enough for it and asked him how long he has been in for he told me 60 years so i re jail him for 60 and he makes a report and i get the warning point.

Just to be clear, his original sentence was for 38 minutes (2280 seconds), by the time he was 're-arrested' he had 4 minutes left to serve.
Understandably, he was trying to escape, which would warrant added additional time on to his sentence. With that being said, he served 34 minutes of his original sentence, only to have an additional 60 minutes added. This is excessive, there is no reason for our players to spend nearly an hour and a half in the prison.

Furthermore, if he is trying to escape prison and his original sentence was almost served, adding 15 - 20 minutes on the original time left (in this case 4 minutes) would have been perfectly acceptable. When I approached you with my line of questioning you said that it wasn't against the rules or guidelines, however when we consider the following rules:

[2.6] FailRP

1. You must abide by realistic role-play measures. If something you are doing is illogical in a real life situation, then you can’t do it on the server.

[2.1] General

1. You must act realistically at all times

What would be considered illogical would be giving someone 60 years for lock-picking out of prison, furthermore it would not be realistic to give them that excessive sentence, as the punishment does not match the crime.

In addition, I only gave you warning points for the FailRP, not for the Staff Disrespect, as being facetious and condescending to an Administrator while in a sit will never be tolerated.

According to the Laws of Monolith, this is fine from what he arrested him for:

7. It is an offence to breach or break from prison, to allow or assist someone to do so, or escape from being detained.

Punishment: A max jail sentence of up to 10 Years, plus their original sentence if they were already arrested.

From what the criminal said in text chat, I would see why the prison guard would think his original sentence was 60 although his original sentence was 38 minutes. Even if it wasn't exactly "48 minutes", a small error like that should be handled by the warden, staff should only step in for egregious times like +30 extra minutes for example
