Why should the point(s) be removed: I will give a brief explanation of the situation: I was in the middle of the intersection messing around, and a cop gets out of the car and starts trying to tase me. I run for around another 60 seconds as more reinforcements come and try to tase me, hopping in and out of cars, and finally they decided to escalate the situation by pulling out their guns, putting me under FearRP. Unfortunately while I was running, I did not hear the sound of the guns being pulled out and I hopped in a Taxi. I will admit that I am somewhat at fault for the warning point, but the last part is where I feel that this situation was done incorrectly and should be voided, along with my punishment. In that case, I understand if I had made it clear I was threat it would make sense for them to pull out a firearm, but I had never done anything to show I was a threat. I hope that you can look at this from my perspective and see how this could be misinterpreted.

Hey Jamal, during this encounter there were multiple officers with lethal weapons drawn down on you, issuing cease and desist commands, meanwhile you were attempting to jump into vehicles. Your actions during this encounter failed to address the fear RP you were put under and whether or not you realized it. The excuse of no realization of being under fear RP is something I have heard all too much and people need to be more aware that this is an issue, hence the warning point. For the part where you are concerned that the officers had lethal weapons drawn, they had every right to do so as you were actively resisting commands and fleeing from the officers. They have no idea what you plan to do and do not know if you are armed or not. That coupled with the high death rate of officers in Monolith is more than enough cause for officers to have lethal drawn. And as you said, they had attempted or continued to attempt also using a non-lethal tool in order to apprehend you. I can appreciate your position, but I must move to deny your warning point appeal. @Jamal Hisin

Greetings.

After review of provided evidence and statements, I have come to the following conclusion:

You had about 4-5 firearms pointed directly at you while in the car. It would be next to impossible not to notice them. As you then fled while under gunpoint, this would be a clear violation of FearRP. Remember to always value your life in situations like this.

Furthermore:

After reading this I understand more of where the warning point is coming from and I'll admit to owning the warning point.

This statement here shows that you now believe warning point is valid, making this appeal invalid.

This warning appeal will be DENIED in this case.
