Why should the point(s) be removed: Before my defense, I will explain the situation. 6 secret service were involved in a sit for different reasons which I will not explain individually for the sake of their identity. The majority of SS was essentially being corrupt and not in the act of defending the Mayor as they were intended. They were shooting the Police Chief, instigating fights, which all lead to the sit lead by dubmaster. Handled professionally and swift on the administrators end, but it was mainly those involved stating "He, She, did this" which truly made it hard for all sides to be heard accurately while maintaining minimal respect towards the admin which created an hostile environment and uncalled for actions to occur.
I feel as though that my reasoning for the Warning Point was rushed and was not fully understood with the situation that occurred at hand in which I spoke with dubmaster after the sit to explain the course of action with the moving a dead body into the gas station in Falcon Creek, and closing the door behind me which lead for the body to be prop pushed furthermore in to the gas station. If any more clarification is required, please feel free to ask! I am sure that dubmaster can explain far more thoroughly on what was discussed.

That was not what occured. I had no props spawned in the time and they were not tazed, they were deceased in accordance with their pulse, I place the body in the gas station doorway and shut the door behind me which caused them deeper into the entryway on L2. However, there was a situation prior where there was a player with a gun out pointed in your direction in which he was tazed by the another player, dragged elsewhere, and then was slammed by another SS into the mechanic shop using a prop (Unfournately I did not see the name of the one who pushed it). I believe you are mistaking me for that action as I was at the doorway of the deceased bodies.

I actually just reviewed my footage, it was not you who used the prop. However you were the one who RDM'd the tazed person by smashing their head into a wall on purpose.

Appeal Denied,

After reviewing the case and talking with @dubsmaster I will not be accepting this appeal. You still broke FailRP by pushing the body into the door leading to his death and then breaking FailRP. However, you will keep your rank as a mentor because you have been very helpful to the community and I believe that this was one mistake.
