Unblacklist Reason: I was reported for when during a pine county bank raid there were multiple civs FTVLing. Due to us asking civs multiple times to leave the area and me and kira VERY CLEARLY stating that if we saw them they will be killed AND civs near bank will be killed there was still people all around the bank trying to "watch" (ftvling) from across the street on the stairs etc. Is it really my fault for killing civs that were told multiple times to leave? Why am I being punished for them dying to breaking rules themselves? The guy that reported me got in trouble for FTVL so it's apparent you understand he was FTVLing so he was in every right to die as he was obviously willingly putting himself in the danger zone knowing it was very possible he would be killed. If that guy truly was afraid of dying (which all people should be) I don't see why he would be standing right in front of a bank raid where its apparent people are dying.
Just as evidence heres what literally the whole bank raid from @HuskyD0G 's pov along with the guy in the blue open suit who is circled being the guy who reported It's pretty clear that guy had no intentions to not be caught in the crossfire of this bank raid.
I understand he was unarmed and you're probably gonna be bringing up the fact "lethal force should be used as a last resort" and he was unarmed, but im in the middle of a bank raid where I have civs trying to sit and minge along with killing cops and it was just super annoying. Not sure if that guy was just literally trying to be caught in the crossfire so he could make a report or what, but I seriously don't get why civs and him didn't just literally leave the area why did they all have to sit and try and to watch and why am I being punished for them FTVLing?
I think it's fair to at the very least take a day or 2 off the blacklist or remove it due to everything stated above. Thanks for reading
