Hello,

As a Police LT under no circumstances should you be allowed to finish downed suspects, by finishing the downed suspects you take two lives and prevent said players from getting items back from evidence. Now as a compromise I am willing to accept this appeal but as I said earlier I will be giving the videos of you finishing the suspects to the MPD Supervisor Team for review.
