Ban Reason: Unauthorized Corruption, RDM x2
Unban Reason: I first want to say that the police blacklist was accounted for and completely valid. The only thing I am looking to appeal is the weapon blacklist. I find the fact that I was weapon blacklisted for an offense as police pointless and irrational. I was told the reason why I was being weapon blacklisted was because I killed two cops. I understand that I shot the first shot, but I would just like to make it clear that one, it was a misclick because I was ready to pull the trigger in case the cop tried to shoot at me and I applied to much pressure, which is my fault. Two, I didn't damage him, so for him to pull out his gun instantaneously and shoot at me before I could even mention my mistake points out somewhat that the cop wanted to kill me from the start, so I had to shot back at him. I would like to emphasize that I did not damage him with the first shot and I did not aim in or anything with the deagle until he took out his gun and aimed it at me. Also, I feel at the least that there were not two RDM counts, but one. The other cop that I killed shot and damaged me first before I even looked at him. I defended myself and took him out, not out of spite but of safety. I hope that the blacklisted will be completely eradicated as this is one of few RDM cases, and at the least lowered to three days.

That situation did not even have to happen in the first place. A weapon should have never been pointed at anybody. You were told that if you shot anywhere around or near them you would be considered as a hostile. And you tested their claims.

Your first mistake was the fact that you drew your weapon on another fellow officer.

Your second mistake was that you fired your weapon.

You're third mistake was that you shot both the officers and did not call an Admin to deal with the situation.

Taking into account that this is your 9th offense for RDM and Unauthorized corruption. I felt like a 2 week blacklist was in order.

The fact of the matter is that you were the one that instigated this whole situation. This situation should have never happened.

You have had a history of this, therefore, I am going to deny your appeal.
