Blacklist Length: 1 week
Blacklist Reason: Countering a bank raid as a civilian/RDM
Unblacklist Reason: So I was just rolling around because I had nothing to do and I turn into the bank and park. I walk inside and there is police tape covering the metal detectors as well as @StewartJames in front of them with a mask on saying "SCP MTF". There was also a TV screen above the metal detectors with an SCP related video on it. I assume that this is some sort of Staff Event due to Stewart being a staff member, and it being generally out of the ordinary. Stewart then says, "do not go inside, there is a monster", therefore, I take out my machete in a joking manor and head through the censors to fight the so called monster. The monster was not in the main lobby and not in the building at all, instead it was a bank raid (which I was unaware of until I was actively being shot at by a few of the raiders). As we head down into the vault we see people, and they start shooting, I am not hit but the shots are being shot in our general direction, and in an action of self-defense I pull out my machete. As one of them comes past the spot I am hiding I hit them with my machete as they run I chase them and stab them, I make it up to the garage where Stewart is shooting a person (by this point I was fully inside the situation and any attempt to leave could end in my being shot, therefore I stay with the detective), as I go towards Stewart the shots are still being shot at us and I kill the person with my machete. I then loot his body of an M1911 and Stewart trades me, he gives me a P99 and some food and water. After the trade he says, "Thank you for assisting the police", instead of doing what Staff are supposed to do and tell me what I was doing was wrong. After him giving me the items I assume what I did was allowed due to the fact he was praising me for it. From the point of me entering the bank to being shot I had assumed it was some sort of event that was not being publicly advertised. One of the people I killed reports me and I am then brought to a roof with Melody, Rafael Viola and John Watterson. I believe this blacklist was unjust and unfair due to the fact I was mentally confused, up to the point of me self defending myself I believed this was an event. Therefore I do not believe I should have been blacklisted for a week for it. I have no other warning points for RDM or anything of this matter nor have I ever been blacklisted in the year or so I have been playing here.
