Hello, @regentmoney147 You were not given a blacklist for shooting a cop because he was arresting your friend, You shot him for giving your friend a ticket which is against the rules. You were issued a 3d Blacklist which I lowered to 2d given your notes and the fact I already lowered this punishment I will be Denying this appeal.
