Your Steam Name: Fallender Femboy
Your SteamID: 76561199067491380
Your Character Name: Lance Cadente
Which Staff blacklisted you: Alphadef
What were you blacklisted from: Weapons
Blacklist Length: 2 weeks
Blacklist Reason: Mass RDM
Unblacklist Reason: Unfair punishment.
I was accused of Mass RDM as an officer who was responding to a Jewelry Heist (over five officers had been killed). There was a vehicle full of four people leaving the alley of the jewelry store. I gunned the vehicle down when it stopped and all four suspects jumped out. I feared for my life because why else would four people jump out of a car when being pursued by an officer. When the suspects jumped out, they all got stuck on one another, when this happens, it is harder to pull out a weapon. So, rather than taking the risk of being killed, I opened fire (not my fault that the game glitched and they got stuck on one another) At this point, I was full of adrenaline, so I continued to open fire until a suspect repeated that he was unarmed. It is hard to stop shooting when you are full of adrenaline, your body focuses more on staying alive.
I did not intend to intentionally mass RDM the suspects, I fully believed they were the suspects that were involved in the jewelry heist. It is unfortunate that they were at the wrong place at the wrong time, but they should have known not to enter the Jewelry store when there is an active situation. And they should not have all jumped out of the vehicle at once, everyone knows that when people do this, it's to shoot and kill. A TWO-week weapons blacklist is unreasonable as I didn't go down to the mayor's office and start gunning every person down. Instead, I confused the four people as suspects in the Jewelry store. And yes, partially my fault, they shouldn't have been in such close proximity of the ongoing shooter situation. I was just confused but even after this situation happened, I remained in character and tried my best to handle the situation accordingly, I didn't taunt the suspect or anything of that sort, It was a simple mistake caused by adrenaline and uncertainty.
