I can confirm, but he didn't necessarily lose it. He lost the chance at getting it back.
A SWAT member, of which has been banned for his actions, tazed the same person 7 time in 1.5 minutes and killed Wolv for allegedly "attempting to escape" when actually he just fell of the balcony he was being escorted on.
The SWAT member also admitted to lying in the sit, saying an exact quote of "Well, if he's got evidence I might as well just say the truth". This was after he told a story of how he was escaping.
During the sit, I was told that Wolv wanted to raid PD to try and get his MP40 back, and couldn't due to the RDM.
I may have left some information out, but this is everything I can remember.
