I have seen this staff member do this before and have had a situation one time before. There was a bank raid one time and the cops made an emergency state and he proceeded to remove the emergency state saying that it was against the rules to make emergency states for bank raids and after that i checked the rule and turns out the rule never existed

Hello! It all started with 2 tickets where 2 people decided to report both Weedle & Evhn for breaking the raid timer. I brought both Weedle & Evhn up to a roof to handle the sit that was made by @Egg in which he said he didn't want to handle it anymore. As I was returning @Egg he told me to bring him back up since he wanted to watch some footage, during this I was explaining the rule to you guys about how you can not coordinate attacks and split off to raid multiple houses at once since it is breaking raid timer. This is not the first time that this happened with players, I once had to deal with a sit with about 20 people because they each split off into 4 groups and raided the entire channel towers, I was either an Admin or mod at the time, and had past SAs tell me that it wasn't allowed to do that since it was an attempted loophole to break raid timer. At first, I was only explaining the rule and had no intentions of punishing you guys, but yet you guys decided to not listen and be disrespectful in said sit. You kept saying "show me the rule" over and over after I explained the rule 3 different times and told you it was a breaking raid timer, I even had to slay you guys because you just would not listen after being warned to stop. Even after I revived you guys you still continued with the same thing and even Weedle said "I don't care show me the rule," as shown in his own video, which resulted in him getting a 1-week weapon blacklist since he did not care about following said rules. You guys then decided to push this into OOC and spam my pms which resulted in Weedle being kicked and others being warned about being punished. Even till now they are deciding to still say "Show me the rule" even after I explained it to them multiple times.

Since everyone keeps bringing this topic up, I am going to explain the context to this. All staff was having a discussion in both voice channels/staff channels about rules and stuff that happens on the server when not supposed to. One of these topics was the Emergency State, it was brought up by @PMX and he said that the emergency state was not meant to be used for raids. I then started to enforce this and punished nobody, which resulted in much backlash and resulted in a suggestion which got accepted. I already had a talk to this with @Thanewolfe and a resolution came up that we will just let players control until unless staff needs to intervene for roleplay reasons. Hence why emergency states are now still used for raids and nothing has been said about it. I did not "make this rule up" as it was a discussion amongst staff members and not just me.

This literally has nothing to do with anything. Players were making complaints and jokes in OOC about staff and telling them to take their tickets when there were 0 tickets. Then players started to say that staff is online "...just to take the staff paycheck. No cap" I then responded with I don't understand players, nothing about this is offensive, rude, disrespectful, or unprofessional.

Hi arroyo that is not what weedle meant. he just wanted to see the rule, he isnt going to care about a rule that doesnt exist.

you can explain a rule to us as many times as you want, we just wanted you to quote the rule so we could see it ourselves, which you could not do. it was a simple request which you refused lol

Id also like to chime in on this, When i obtained a blueprint and surrendered my group was preparing to raid the PD and arroyo teleports to one of my group members @Tye and tells him to not bother raiding as blueprints get destroyed once they get confiscated he said. We decided to raid to confirm that for ourselves and turns out he was either unaware or lying as we recovered the BP. Later after we had sold the BP to @Dido King he brought both me and dido saying he has to remove the BP because in his opinion it was a bug we even received it going way out of his lane because he isn't a dev so how would he know if its a bug or not. Luckily for us Dido had already learned the BP otherwise he would have forced us to delete it. This was conduct completely out of his lane and arroyo should never have made these calls.

Agreed. Arroyo shouldn't have made this call. That case is definitely overstepping. This should have been reported to Mark and myself, and we'd have the authority to make actions or delegate these actions. I for one did not authorize anyone to remove them.

In addition to this - we as staff members need to specify a rule that is broken otherwise, what rule has been broken - it sets a bad precedent for all staff members if we keep this from you guys.

There's definitely two sides to this coin, where players are upset and spam the offending staff members with "what rule did I break" - but in this case, it looked very simple to just specify the rules broken.

Yeah I’m still rly unsure as to what happened here on @Arroyos part. Not sure if arroyo told us this to try and get us to not raid due to the error or if he was just misinformed, would be great to get some clarification tho.

Yeah he told us all multiple times that we would lose all the stuff we gained - the 3 million as a result of selling the BP before he had spoke to mark and apparently u as well. Not bothered anymore and I’m glad it’s been acknowledged, just wanted to give some context.

I know im going to get in trouble for replying to something im not involved but here i go. arroyo is not fit to be staff, he is immature and harsh and way too sensitive. he makes up rules like he thinks hes a cm or somethng and is just a EXTREMELY bad fit for staff. look its normal when a staff member is disliked by a few players cause some people just dont like authority but when the entire server hates a staff member there has to be a reason. im not trying to be insulting i promise. arroyo needs to be put on loa to work on himself or be demoted to a player. let me give you one example of an interaction with arroyo i had, couple weeks ago i was raiding cargo and escaped and rented a base but arroyo tps to me saying i cant rent a base after a raid and BLOCKS off the entrance to the base with a staff prop. i looked at the rules and the rule didnt exist. the tule was then added days later by a cm

I'll leave the responses up because we're seriously not trying to silence anybody, that's never the intention - but in this report we'll focus on the situation that puvz has detailed.

So the only reason I was aggressive in the sit to get the rule is since I've had numerous and other people too times where arroyo just makes up or bends a rule towards his interest. If they was any other staff I probably would have been more lenient, even in my first clip I said “time for him to make up rules” which I expected to happen and even after telling/pm'ing me he only threatened to kick me for unacceptable behavior when its just simply me asking for the rule I broke - Weedle

Let me explain the full context to this: You were raiding cargo ship with a group of friends. Near the end of the raid, you had some stragglers on the cargo ship and you sped off towards the factories at the port side, not even a minute or two after getting shot at you started to rent a property to hide in. This was originally disallowed by game mechanics as it was FailRP to rent while in combat or during an active situation (you did not escape). Since the cops missed the bullets the combat timer was not in effect game mechanic-wise. Just like this situation, I had explained to you it was FailRP & Against game mechanics to rent while in a situation. I also told you it was completely fine to rent the property before the raid had begun. You failed to mention the fact you also did not listen to me and when I told you to get out you refused which resulted in your force removal, even after the forced removal you still decided to go inside the property after being told not to… Then you proceeded to get mad and went to ThaneWolfe, Thanewolfe had also messaged me about clarification on the situation in which we both got in a voice channel and I talked to him about a few things and told him what had happened entirely. I assume he had also talked to you and told you why it was against the rules. I did not scream at you about rules, I did not insult anyone, nothing immature was about it. This happened 4 months ago and not a couple of weeks ago as I also still have the messages with ThaneWolfe.



I'm going to be completely honest here Credence, SD+ know how you and a couple of others are treating me every time I'm on the server. The entire staff team also knows about all the insults you guys give in your private discords and I especially know how much you insult me in them too. I choose to ignore all of this and talk with the necessary people about these situations. When you called me "immature" everyone is now looking back at you since you are known for this and known to break rules for the pure fun of it. You also like to target me in other games when I'm just playing doing nothing just because of Mono. Please end it. The entire server does not hate me, its a select group that hates me just simply because I tell them rules and catch them breaking them

It is clear that Arroyo should have not slayed you and should not have blacklisted you from weapons either, in this situation.
However, your behaviour is not acceptable either. If a staff member makes a decision that you do not agree with, you make a staff report. Further misbehaviour will not be tolerated either.
