Weird glitch I’m getting

I’m getting this weird glitch where my game freezes in one spot and loops what I’d did in the last 2-3 secounds. I can play on other servers perfectly.

Depending on you're CPU usage, I would like you to moniter it on one screen, and play the game on another and see if there is an increase of CPU usage when if happens. Feel free to take ScreenShots and reply with them.

I think it could be cars like the GTR black edition because I can only join with texture quality on low and that car is completely invisible
