Weird Reflections missing texture at PD

I have not seen this anywhere else on the map, I have CSS and the steam workshop pack. I have no errors either.

Try verifying your game files, resubscribe to everything in the content pack, and install hl2 textures as well.

I would try doing mat_specular 0 and mat_fullbright 0 in the console OR if that doesn't work try putting +mat_specular 0 in the launch options. If this doesn't work then I am all out of ideas. This looks like something those 2 commands would fix.
Lazy Addition: I forgot if I told you to do this on discord before but try and turning up/tweaking with the material quality/shading.

As you can see the weird pink glass is gone but now after typing mat_specular 0 in... my map is gone.

I did mat_specular 1 to see if the map would fix itself but it seems this just happened

nvm just needed to restart gmod and now my map is back
