What are the requirements for a referred personal to get their benefits

I referred my little brother who just started playing on my pc and gmod I had thought it was lvl five then I got rewards but hes like lvl 6 and still haven't got it.

You'll get your rewards in your wallet when the person who was referred to the server plays and reaches level 5.

Far as the person whom you referred to the server, best of my knowledge, I don't believe they receive anything.

(If you hadn't received your rewards, check the refund NPC which is the bank tellers, relog and see if you receive it, or you can send PMX a DM on Discord pmx#6404 for further help if nothing else works.)
